A 50-year story<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4b835e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d4b835e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Socomec S.p.A. was founded in 1972 and was the first company in Italy to manufacture hydraulic breakers.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a89e6c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a89e6c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We were founded as a hydraulic breaker manufacturer, but over all these years of business and study, we specialized in providing our customers with all demolition attachments at 360\u00b0: crushers, pulveriziers, sorting grabs, vibrating plates and a great new product for the demolition world, the Vibrating Ripper.<br \/>In these almost fifty years of activity we have always developed our technology in breakers with significant innovations and patents. In 1997, as first company on the market, we manufactured the all in one piece breaker, a single monoblock body made from a forged steel bar, creating a range of eight monoblock breakers from 50 to 740 kg which immediately became our great strength and our hallmark on the market.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fee7ffe elementor-section-stretched elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fee7ffe\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;,&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a74624e\" data-id=\"a74624e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-805d645 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"805d645\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Breakers and rippers<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5019c8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5019c8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">But Socomec was not satisfied.\nGiven the great success of the monoblock breaker, Socomec has decided to expand its range.<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f7d729 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f7d729\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Today, thanks to the purchase of special manufacturing machinery, overcoming the problems related to the processing of large monoblock components, Socomec, once again first before any other company on the market, is able to provide monoblock breakers obtained from forged bars up to the weight of 3000 kgs and soon also up to 4000 kgs.<br \/>Parallel to the breaker product technology, in these years Socomec has also developed Vibrating Ripper technology, once again first on the market and for now the only Italian manufacturer of such product. The Vibrating Ripper, in contrast to the demolition breakers which break by impact blows, demolishes by vibration. The Monoblock Breakers maintenance is actually very simple and fast. For disassembly and replacement, even for non-experts, it takes maximum two hours for small breakers and very little more for large ones.
